How returns work for the Curios Business plan, and for orders from the shops on Curios.
The Business plan
The Business plan is a digital service. Nothing is shipped to you, so there is nothing to return: it starts working as soon as your payment goes through.
If you change your mind, our Refund Policy says when we give your money back.
Orders from a shop
Each shop sells and delivers its own items, and sets its own return rules: whether it takes an item back, how long you have, what condition the item must be in, and who pays to send it back.
Return an item to the shop, not to Curios. We never hold a shop’s items, so we can’t accept a return. Ask the owner through the WhatsApp link on your order page.
Whether a code or other digital item can be returned once you have it is up to the shop.
